
Crispy pan-fried radish cake
Hubby has been lamenting that it’s been a long, long time since I made my own radish cake aka dimsum-style lor bak gou.
Since it’s been so long, my memory is a bit rusty and the proportions are a little off, hence the texture is a wee bit firmer than I’d like. But overall, it tastes great — very robust and fragrant.
Hubby says it tastes just like Crystal Jade’s version. Is that a stamp of approval?
