Tuna melt

This morning’s breakfast special was open-face tuna melt, although I think it ended up looking more like pizza.

It’s very easy to assemble! All I used was 3 ingredients: Gardenia focaccia, Starkist tuna mayonnaise, and Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus grated cheese.

  1. Split open focaccia.
  2. Spread canned tuna mayo on cut sides.
  3. Sprinkled grated cheese over tuna mayo.
  4. Grill in oven over high heat (about 220°C for about 8 mins, or until the cheese melts and browns).
  5. Serve hot. Side salad is optional, but it’s always good to eat fresh greens!
