This morning’s breakfast special was open-face tuna melt, although I think it ended up looking more like pizza.
It’s very easy to assemble! All I used was 3 ingredients: Gardenia focaccia, Starkist tuna mayonnaise, and Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus grated cheese.
- Split open focaccia.
- Spread canned tuna mayo on cut sides.
- Sprinkled grated cheese over tuna mayo.
- Grill in oven over high heat (about 220°C for about 8 mins, or until the cheese melts and browns).
- Serve hot. Side salad is optional, but it’s always good to eat fresh greens!
