It’s the usual crispy pork floss, but mixed with strips of seaweed and crunchy white sesame seeds. Both hubby and I thought this was a lovely variation. Both the seaweed and sesame seeds jazzed up the plain pork floss by injecting their own unique flavors and textures.
To go with the pork floss toast, a couple of soft boiled eggs drizzled with light soy sauce. Happy mid-week, folks!
