Hubby’s breakfast #054: Scrambled eggs with walnut toast & pan-roasted cherry tomatoes

A hearty home-cooked brekkie!

Made a hearty brekkie for hubby today with our new Happy Call Pan (yes, I finally caved in to the craze!). Lightly toasted walnut bread (accompanied by lashings of salted butter), pan-roasted cherry tomatoes, and velvety scrambled egg — all cooked in one pan! A very delish prelude to the weekend!
