Tuna sandwich

We have tuna sandwich for breakfast once a week or fortnight, but I play around with different breads and canned tuna flavors for variations. Today’s main cast is Queen Bread from Sun Moulin Bakery at Isetan Scotts and Heinz Starkist Tuna (Thousand Island Dressing). Threw in a bunch of mixed salad greens as well, with cherry tomatoes on the side. This was a rather hearty breakfast, substantial enough for a light lunch.
