    Julia,

In Hawaii bakeries Orange Chiffon Cake is the most popular and also only type of cake sold in bakeries. I do like your entry on other types of chiffon cakes also.

I love your inSing.com entries. Concise and easy to refer…

Have to admit that Bengawan & Little Jerry Cookies chiffon are good but the latter is always so sold out when I am near the store.

By the way, not sure if you want to try the more expensive chiffon cakes such as Tampopo Deli & Patisserie Glace. They are good in their own way. For instance, Tampopo serve their chiffon with their fluffy cream while Glace (tried their green tea) has a springy, dense yet soft texture which I like =)

Yes, Little Jerry’s Cookies chiffons are available only in limited quantity each day, and they sell out really early.

I’ve heard much about Tampopo and Glace’s chiffons. Definitely wanna check them out soon. Thanks for the shout-out! :)
