The carrot cake look so appetising – decided should go and try the He Zhong one this month. I have not taken the white carrot cake in BT market for years though i go to the market to eat about once a week as i stay a stone throw away. Like you, i prefer the black version. And the black carrot cake fried by the stall a few rows away is very good – one of my favourite in Singapore. Go and try it, if you have not done so!

Is there a third stall? Maybe I missed it. These two stalls are very prominent, especially since they are practically side-by-side in the same row!

Hey! HAve you tried the carrot cake at Clementi Central? The one fried by the old man with straw hat? His carrot cake is the best with lots of chai por for the white one! Both white & black versions are very yummy. A must-try!
