Living in the states made me enjoy very much reading your blog of all the wonderful food of Singapore.  I live in California and yes there are lot Chinese restaurants but none that Hokkienese or maybe the dishes could be not mention as Hokkienese.  I did try to make Hainanese Chicken with recipe and many other too.

This dish look like stir fried noodle with seafood served in Cantonese restaurant differents is seasoning.  Will look for recipe to make it.</description>
