How interesting Baba Jolly Wee story of hawkers cooking in front of his family home doorstep.   Back in Honolulu in 1960 there were dim sum man or known as manapua (steam char siu bao) man.  He carry two metal containers of dim sum to sell.   He goes around neighborhoods ringing his bell.  Walking not driving those days.   People love it not having to head to Chinatown for dim sums.  Now it manapua truck doing it.

I will ask my nephew&#039;s wife since she from Singapore for recipes of those dishes feature in your entry.</description>
