I’ve tried Santouka when it first opened and I thought the soup was very salty too, though I really dig the pork cheeks! But your pictures look so tempting I’ve a good mind to return soon.
The rice bowls look nice!

Hi there, I was supposed to be there for the makan session but was away back in our hometown. I love Santouka to death! Another version of a similar Tonkotsu ramen would be at Ichibantei which is less salty. Its at Robertson Quay beside Aburiya and at the old Tanpopo.
